The service we received for our wedding was horrible. The driver had no clue where he was going and didn't bother to ask. He was late and rude. The limo was dirty. When we later complained to the company they accused us of trying to get a free ride and hung up on us. Don't ever use them for your wedding. They were late, rude, and dirty!

The service we received from Chase Chicago Limousine was great. We were so cheerful with the service, the driver and the rates; we will never hesitate to use Chase Chicago Limousine again. We actually used their service to and from the airport for our vacation as well. Thanks for making our anniversary unforgettable

Chase Chicago Limo was wonderful for our wedding. The driver was prompt, friendly, and helped us in and out of the limo at each stop. Prompt service, clean cars and friendly drivers. I would recommend them to anyone that’s used to class and seeks the best

The experience was absolutley terrible. The air condition was not working on out limo on he day of hte wedding and the driver assured that some sort of conpenasation would be made. I called them the next day and was told that I should have called earlier and that nothing could be done. The contact there informed me that I had just psent more money than I would afford and that he would do nothign for me.
I cannot advise strongly enough to stay away form them.
